Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or if a price has been listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns

Our returns terms are set out on the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms.

Product use

Everything we sell is a general home or personal-care good. Nothing we sell is a supplement, food, drug or medical product. Follow the directions on the label, keep candles away from children and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Intellectual property

The text, photography and branding on this site belong to PM Goods Co. and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
