When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and the contents of your order. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our servers.
How we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order
- To send order confirmations, shipping notifications and answer support requests
- To handle returns, refunds and any problem with a delivery
- To meet our tax and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary: your address with the carrier delivering your parcel, and your payment details with our payment processor. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working and to remember your preferences. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart will stop working if you do.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax law. Marketing contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@pmgoodsco.store and we will respond within thirty days.
